We will only accept resumes from a search agency/recruiter if we have a signed agreement in place and the Talent Acquisition/HR team has formally engaged on a particular search. Unsolicited resumes sent to Glaukos will be considered property of Glaukos. Glaukos will not be responsible for any fees associated should we hire from unsolicited resumes.
Recruiters/Staffing Agencies interested in working with Glaukos can submit their information to HR@Glaukos.com – should we show interest in exploring a partnership a member of the HR/TA team will contact the firm directly. All search partnerships run through the Glaukos HR/Talent Acquisition department.
